Another New Year ... Do I Need A Resolution?

I can't believe another year has passed and it's time to start again!  I've finally been able to catch up on all of my favorite blogs, close friends and authors and I have to say that you all are INSPIRING!! Exhausing too..No, seriously after catching up with all all of your amazing blogs,   the only thing this Princess needed was a NAP!  Maybe a glass of wine, but that's it!  I couldn't even look at another resolution! Just take a glance, the book blogging/blogging community as a whole is not a lazy group.  Go ahead go to any one and look (I'll wait) ... There are already Numerous Challenges that you've set for yourselves and SO many books and pages you want to read, you have resolutions that promise weight loss and to be better parents.  You're swearing to post AT least three posts a day (I'm just swearing) and if that's not good enough... Some of you, and and I won't mention specfic names, have already written three-fourths of your novel and are hoping to get some of your favorites OFF the Banned Book List!  I'm so not kidding.   

Sorry, I was just hyperventilating thinking about the fact that I'll never post three times a day EVER! So, yes, inspiring! Thank you for letting me be a part of this amazing group of readers/writers for another year.  It's really what gets me through so many though days. I hope to bring you more this year and only the best!  I have been planning this out for a while. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it works out the way I want it too. I look forward to seeing you and all of your achievements!  Now go out there and make me proud!

Good Morning Monday!!

Happy Monday Everyone!!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! OK...So, I'm a little excited! Yes, I know I get excited over the tiniest of things, but...it's not SO tiny that I've been blogging here for over a year. And while I was away in the hospital for some of that time, I still consider it a sort of Blog-a-versary!

I've been trying to get caught up with all of my friend's blogs and I got to finally *see* what some of you look like thanks to TRISH. She was at the book festival and I'm SO jealous! Because she took such wonderful videos, I felt like I was there (in part anyway)!

Back to the "Happy Blog-A-Versary" to me ... I have decided to give away one of the beautiful bracelets that you see below made by the very talented *Lizzy Bleu* over at her etsy shop! I just need to think of the WHAT we should do? *to determine the winner* and the HOW long we should make it last? I've been thinking and thinking but...I'm up for any ideas that you may have .... Oh...and Mother's Day is coming up this Sunday and I still haven't gotten mom anything yet...So, for the time being, I'm off to do one of the things that I do best *and that is SHOP*! I think the winner should have some type of choice though...like either their name on the bracelet or just a mix of keys OR Lizzy does make different pieces such as necklaces and earrings as well. So...if there is something the winner likes better (I'm easy) and it's very possible that you can get a different item other than the bracelet! I LOVE a give-a-way! Especially when I get to pick ... *not as much as when I win*. But, you get the picture!

We had beautiful weather here in Rhode Island last week! But, the beginning of this week doesn't look like it's going to be as nice *not at all* ... Actually, it looks like rain. Oh how I do love that smell right after it rains on a warm spring day! Maybe I'll have that to at least look forward too! If not, it's the PERFECT weather to snuggle up and READ! (with a nice cup of tea...ooooh or chai...yummy)!

Well...enough day-dreaming, I'm off to shop! Well, online ... it IS extremely LATE or EARLY (depending on how you look at it) here on the East Coast!
